Fast and Easy Vegan Overnight Oats

These 7-ingredient overnight oats are a fast, easy, and very satisfying option for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 3/4 vanilla soy milk (or other plant-based milk of preference)
  • 1/4 cup vegan yogurt (I used vanilla unsweetened coconut yogurt)*
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pint jar.
  2. Secure lid, and shake until completely combined.
  3. Place in fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning, remove and shake again.
  5. Add optional toppings, or enjoy as is!
