These 7-ingredient overnight oats are a fast, easy, and very satisfying option for breakfast!

Ingredients

3/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon (optional)
3/4 vanilla soy milk (or other plant-based milk of preference)
1/4 cup vegan yogurt (I used vanilla unsweetened coconut yogurt)*
1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a pint jar.
Secure lid, and shake until completely combined.
Place in fridge overnight.
In the morning, remove and shake again.
Add optional toppings, or enjoy as is!
