Sweet and Salty Roasted Nuts

Serves: 3 cups
- 3 cups nuts (pecans, walnuts, cashews, etc)
- 2 Tbsp vegan butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp cane sugar
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Place nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle vegan butter, sugar, maple syrup, and salt over nuts. Stir well to combine.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring at the halfway point.
- Remove from oven, stir once more, and let cool at room temperature. The nuts will crisp as they cool.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. These make
- great holiday gifts!
