Four-Ingredient Green Smoothie

- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup spinach, packed (I like to buy fresh spinach and freeze it for my smoothies, but you could also use fresh)
- ¾ cup soy milk (use only ½ cup for a thicker smoothie)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Enjoy cold! :)
