This four-ingredient green smoothie is as delicious as it is easy.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach, packed (I like to buy fresh spinach and freeze it for my smoothies, but you could also use fresh)
  • 3/4 cup soy milk (use only 1/2 cup for a thicker smoothie)
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Enjoy cold! 🙂
