- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup spinach, packed (I like to buy fresh spinach and freeze it for my smoothies, but you could also use fresh)
- 3/4 cup soy milk (use only 1/2 cup for a thicker smoothie)
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy.
