Iāve been holding onto this recipe for over a year, waiting for the perfect time to share it. And now, not only is it perfect for Valentineās Day, but Seasoned with Sunshine turns three this month!! (yay!)
Iāve loved working in this little corner of cyberspace, slowly (but surely) adding yumminess and sunshine post by post over the last three years. I try to pack as many nutrient-dense foods as possible into my diet during the winter (especially now that Iām pregnant!), when fresh foods and sunshine arenāt as plentiful. One way I LOVE doing this is with green smoothies! And it doesnāt get much easier than this four-ingredient green smoothie.

Something Iāve missed since becoming vegan is cheese. So when a teacher in high school made a cheese sauce that almost perfectly resembled nacho cheese, I was floored.
